Installing on a server
Same loader, same jar, on both sides.
Server side
- Install the server loaderRun the Forge or NeoForge installer and choose Install server.
- Accept the EULAStart once, then set eula=true in eula.txt.
- Add the jarPlace the Simple Storage Network jar in the server's mods folder.
- RestartWatch the console for errors mentioning storagenetwork.
Client side
Every player needs the same mod version and loader version. The easiest way to keep everyone matched is to share the server as a modpack through your launcher of choice.
Give small modded servers at least 4 GB of RAM and raise it as the pack grows.
System requirements
The mod itself is tiny. What matters is Minecraft, your loader and the rest of your modpack.
